Re: New Toy
Nice, you found a black one! Who makes the can? Might get one for myself in the near future. I have found that my Lite shoots some pretty nice groups, especially with the red dot. Volquartsen sear and bushing are a must! Woe be to the bugger that pops up 25 feet or less from my bench this year!

Re: New Toy
The can is a Tactical Innovations TAC-65, cost is about $250 MSRP, I think I paid $200. I plan on doing the trigger work before spring as the factory triggers leave a little to be desired for sure! Skippy look out!!

Re: New Toy
Field Report! I took the new Ruger on our first sage rat trip last week and boy oh boy is she a shooter! It will take a little of practice to get used to as she is a LOT lighter than either my Mark III hunter even with it's Tactical Solutions upper on board or my GSG 1911 .22lr. Seven more days till she is back in action! Gary

Mine has been in action and has exceeded all expectations against the squirrel-foe. A real pleasure to shoot and just the medicine for the 0-25 yard "peekers" that pop up!
