I use cheapo lee dies. They have worked great for me in all my guns. I loaded varmit grenades and did load workup last weekend. My best load for the shot 4 shot group at .428 Not bad for a ar 15. I am shooting a 1 in 9 twist on this gun so it is considered a fast twist for the VG bullet. But it and the dies performed!

Silly question here...forgive me, I am very new. I've been looking at the Redding S-dies....how do you know which bushing set to buy to go along with the die?

Measure the neck OD of some of your reloaded ammo, use a lot of 100 or so rounds, find the one that is the smallest diameter, minus .002" and that si the bushing you need. Using a .224" myself but thinking a .223" may be in order shortly.

If you're like me, you'll end up with different bushings because of the ever changing case neck thickness when new lots of brass are used. I've been using a 228 but this las t batch of Winchester requires a 225.
