I just figured out that the closest I can get to the lands with the limitations of the magazine is around 2.320. The actual max COL measurement touching the lands in my rifle is 2.350. I was wondering what COL you guys were using to work effectively in the magazine.
Thanks for the info.

Re: Hey CZ 527 guys!
I have a CZ 527 Varmint and using a max load of H4895 and 39BK bullets loaded at 2.32 COL max. And it feeds well with just 4 rounds in the clip, 5 rounds feel like it binds up. Wonderful rifle for the money. Very accerate to boot. Just keep your COL at or under 2.32 and you will be fine. My understanding thats as long as you can get on the CZs clips. Shorter the round the better it feeds. Enjoy your CZ!

Re: Hey CZ 527 guys!
I have a new 527 that so far I really like. I've been loading mine to a length of 2.31. I tried one batch shorter but the groups opened up. I've only had this rifle for a few weeks. I live in Minnesota and the temps have been COLD. I'll do more load developement when the weather warms up. Nice guns-excellent triggers that are very easy to adjust. Dave
