The Forster Bump die can also be used with a neck bushing to bump shoulders back and size the neck. I DON'T use the bushing. I just use it to bump the shoulder back a few thousandths ,That's it. No lube needed for the bump. And yes, I bump after I neck size. I also use the same load in both rifles. The OAL (base to tip) is 2.260.
