Watusi big horn cattle
I just thought I would share a picture of some cattle that I saw on a ranch today.

Re: Watusi big horn cattle
Several years ago I spent my time transporting disabled vets to the hospital, etc. and one of them was crossbreeding the Texas Longhorn and the Watusi in an attempt to break the 'biggest horn' record (length and circumference) that was currently held by some lady in Arkansas....
His Longhorn was a beautiful animal and the Watusi cow had some really big horns....Fortunately, they were both tame and friendly.. Unfortunately I never got to find out how the calf came out (size wise )

I'm a guy, buyt I can imagine a calf with horns like that would really hurt coming out.OldTurtle wrote:Unfortunately I never got to find out how the calf came out
Re: Watusi big horn cattle
If you took one of those Watusi horns and made a powder horn out of it, you could probably shoot your BP rifle for a real long time after you filled it up.
