remington modell 700 vtr
held this gun to day in 223 just wondering if any one has heard anything on this gun i like the look of it and was playing around with buying it but haven't got and info on it yet any help

Is the VTR the one with the triangle barrel?
If so I had the opportunity to shoot one last week in .308 and it felt like an excellent gun! Definately one worth keeping

yes it is and i have found some info on some forums and it sounds like it shoot great

I just got one in .223. Shot it just a little yesterday but not really for accuracy. So far I am pretty happy with it. Hopefully, I will be able to get out today and see how it really shots.
