I recently picked up some Speer 6.5x55 new brass. Just wondering if anyone knows who manufactures the brass?
Does Speer make their own brass or do they buy it from someone else with the Speer headstamp?

Re: Speer Brass
I have some 222 brass that is 30??years old that is headstamped DWM but the box has both Speer and DMW logo on it. DMW is a Holland based company. I wasn't aware that Speer was still selling brass under any name.

Re: Speer Brass
Speer is now owned by ATK, the outfit that owns Federal, too. If I had to hazard a guess, it would be Federal, but that's only a guess. ATK also owns RCBS, CCI, and some other shootin' sport stuff.
