Burris rings availability
I have been trying to get some Burris Signature Zee rings for several months and they have always been out of stock. We are discontinuing Burris rings at the store I work at. Is something going on with Burris rings?

I also looked at them when I was building my AR. What turned me off on them is where they are made. For the same money I could buy something that was made domestically.
Maybe I'm not the only one that feels the same way and demand for their products has dropped enough for them to change their game plan.

Yes, big turn off for me.
I've very torn over this issue, (ie., buying Chinese, et.) because its not like evil Chinese companies are ditching US labor, its US companies that decide to hire out slave labor.
Dunno, maybe their reasons are valid? I wonder if sometimes its an issue of go overseas, or go out of business ? Still bugs the crap out of me , and I'll always buy domestic even when the choice is costly. Otherwise, I'll go used if I may.

Re: Burris rings availability
I just got this reply from Burris:
We have run into some production delays on the Signature rings. We are hoping to have them back on the market in January.

Re: Burris rings availability
I know the tactical rings and base mount was made in China, it didn't say it on the box but you had to look inside on the part and there the sticker was. It was almost like they were hiding it.....so I vowed not to buy any item by them.
It may not make a difference.........but buying something that is made here makes me feel like I'm keeping my brothers and sisters(fellow Americans) employed.
