First one for the 204 T3 lite
Smacked this little fella from my upstairs window as he was snacking on some moose ribs that I have tied up a couple of 100 yds away.

Re: First one for the 204 T3 lite
That lovely T3 is every bit as accurate as my two heavy barrel target Savages. Haven't done much testing with it. So far it really likes the 39 BK's, 35 bergers and the 38 wildcats. My latest load development was with the 38 WC using benchmark and Ramshot X-Terminator. Both powders did very well. I will probably be testing the wild cats with some RL-10X on Saturday.Song Dog wrote:Here we go that time of year again to see pics of coyotes you take from the house

Now that's a great method for "calling" them in--Moose Ribs!!! Thanks for sharing.
What bullet were you using on that coyote? Was there much damage to the hide?

I used a 35 gr berger pushed with benchmark. A tiny entrance hole, no exit. Once I finish my testing with the wild cats, I will be using them exclusively out of the T3 for this year.Silverfox wrote:

Nice looking Yote.... Im interested in hearing more about that 38 WC bullet you mentioned; could you provide some info on this bullet? That Tikka sure looks like a fine rifle. Sounds like those moose ribs rang the dinner bell alright.

Re: First one for the 204 T3 lite
A local bullet maker out here in Alberta used to make bullets primarily targeting long range high BC stuff. As far as I know Richard has sold the business and new owners are taking over. Richard built very high quality bullets and had shipped them world wide. I don't know when the new owners will be back in production but their web site (under construction) has a link on it with a "contact" E-mail.giterdone wrote:Nice looking Yote.... I bought 600 for myself and a buddy just for coyote use, so they should last me a while.
Here is a link to some photos I took comparing the wildcats to some of the other popular brands. I think I've posted them here before.

Gary,
We are back in production. At this time, however, we are only making 7mm 200gr bullets until we can get caught up the orders. Once we do, we'll add/re-introduce other bullets to the production schedule. Just so you know, several other bullets will be released before the 20 cal's. So It will be a while until they are available. I'll email you when we start making them again.
Thanks,
Paul
