Midsouth 34 gr Extreems

I'm new to the 204, but I've been shooting 32 gr Sierra's and 32 gr Hornadys to with an inch @ 100 yds with 27.5 grs of H322, Rem 7.5, averaging 4019 FPS. I shoot a CZ Varmit. I bought 500 34 gr Midsouth Varmit Extreems recently, anybody have any experience, good or bad with a 26.5 gr H322 loading?

I shoot a lot of Dogtowns and X-tremes. It keeps the shooting costs down and you can get some respectable accuracy out of them. I just recently bought a CZ American and put a new scope on it. When I went out to the range to sight it in I had some rounds loaded up with 26.1 grains of H322. I was getting groups about an inch. This was in January with temps about 10 degree's. I was shooting with frozen hands. I know it will do better this summer when the weather warms up. In my Remington I also used IMR4895 with good results but I think the CZ will out shoot it. I just can't wait until I get some good range time in with it. Good luck with yours. Dave

Thanks for the info, I have loaded 26.0, 26.5 and 26.8 gr of H322 it the 34 gr Xtrm but cannot chronograph because of the weather here. I try to chrono and get a group idea at the same time, if possible. My CZ will outshoot me with 32 gr Sir Bltz and Horn 32 grs w/27.5 gr of H322, I start out shooting a dime at 100 yds but the cold and wet seeps in and I end up with a quarter, I wish I could do that in Business, I could shoot more. I shot at a 3/4" piece of Alum Bar stock to check penetration and got 5/8" out of the 32 Horns and a hair less from the Sie's, big mushroom hole in front, swelled out the back of the metal by another 1/8". I'd hate to be 400 yds down range and have someone do a Cheney on me, this ain't a 28 gauge with #9's.
