deburing the flashhole on a 204 ruger
I just made a deburing tool that was sooooo easy it`s allmost silly . to start you need a Forster case trimmer , then a drill about .184 or .185 that fits the pilot hole in the trimmer about 2-21/2 long an sharp . Then take off the retaing ring on the shaft . now insert the drill in the shaft tighten it down . then insert your case in the collet then insert the drill into the case now true it in the case , to set the depth try a littl trimming at a time when you have the hole clean set the trimmer stop an there you have it ....... warks like a charm.. hope this helps some of you . Thanks, Loyd. I read your post , went to the gun room and pulled out my case trimmer. It worked just like you said, but the bit I used didn't have much taper to it, so I did one "better". I have the 17 cal. cutter for my Forster timmer and the pliot hole in it fit a .140 bit just perfectly. A little smaller bit and just the right amount of taper. I'm good to go.
