I have the same rifle....with a Burris 6X24 on it....an excellent shooter. I bought in '05, and haven't looked back. I did rework the trigger a bit.
I've tried a bunch of powders, and overall have had best results with 25.1gr of RL10X under the Sierra 39gr, and 26.6gr of Benchmark under the 35gr Berger. YMMV, and you need to work up safely.
