Which two powder measures do you use?

If it does not have a baffle in the hopper, start by purchasing or making one.

I weighed 100 rounds for my 223 AI tonight..variance was 0.04 grains (4 one hundreths).

I use an RCBS 10-10 scale. It works very well. I put a magnifying glass in front of the pointer so I can see it better. I'm very happy with it.

I have a Redding powder measuer that is very accurate. With any powder measure the baffle is the a big key to making it more consistent. I also have a RCBS uniflow that is pretty good. The ultimate that I have is the RCBS chargemaster. The rcbs is by far better than the Lyman in automatic dispensers. The Lyman tends to jam with ball powder, it is slower, and harder to clean.

Some powders meter better than others, also you have to operate the measure the same each time for best results. Jim
