Safe organization
Has anyone else had issues organizing rifles in there safe? I own a cannon 28 gun and lucky if I can get 14 scoped rifles in it. Budget won't allow for another safe(don't really need it yet either)so I need some creative suggestions please.

Depends on your exact physical layout, but one thing that works well is to remove all the bolts from the rifles and store them on a shelf. They'll then fit much closer together, and you'll also get less 'safe-dings' as a result.

That's a great suggestion Rick, I never thought about that. I also have a Cannon 28 gun safe, and things are really close in there. In fact I had to remove the barrels from my shotguns to get them into the safe.Rick in Oregon wrote:Depends on your exact physical layout, but one thing that works well is to remove all the bolts from the rifles and store them on a shelf. Re: Safe organization
Gun safes are very much like rubber rafts and camping tents. If you load any of them to 'stated capacity', they are too full to be comfortable/useable or practical. Those $1.99 deer bags would be another example of this phenomena.
