300 SAUM vs 300 WSM

300 SAUM vs 300 WSM
What are the thoughts between the 300 SAUM and 300 WSM? The rifle will be used primarily for elk hunting, if that matters. I'd like to keep it between these two calibers only, please.

I would get the Winchester short mag, I have the RSAUM. Nice little cartridge but it is fading fast. I dont think that it will last
much longer. The Winchester seems to be doing very well. I have no doubt that either cartridge will fine for Elk.I dont use my
RSAUM very much, I got a lemon 700SS BDL. I cant say for the Winchester, but the RSAUM was very hard to set up for reloading
