Still working on it but stopped chasing OAL and measuring from Ogive and sorting. looks like coal of 2.26 is best so far . shorter seems to widen the spread. getting some 1/2 inch groups but most 1 inch. playing with powder weights now and so far the heavier and faster seems less accurate. posted question regarding going under minimum listed weight this evening.



Also have a new 6.5 x 284 Savage Long Range Hunter that is shooting an inch and a half. finally saw a post where another guy had the synthetic stock touchin.g the barrel. Checked mine and got the same thing. pressing big time on the left side. want to finish tweaking the 204 before i tackle that one.
