Re: Remington 700 LVSF .204
i have this same rifle. took me forever to get it to shoot. on my gun, i have to torq the action screws to 56in-lbs or it will not shoot. it wont shoot @ 55 or @ 57, has to be 56. i have a jewell trigger and have bedded the stock. also, i shoot 40gr. Bergers. good carry rifle for a factory gun, just takes some different tweaking.

Hi
All
thanks for the info just used the sierra load for the 32bk's with benchmark powder, shot .1/3" group at 100yds.
the 39's does not seam to like, may be barrel twist not write but will try with 10x as one guy mentioned above.
i allso tryed the 32's out t 250 yds and got a 1-1/4" group.

If you are not reloading, first give the bore a good cleaning, then try Federal factory w/39 gr Sie BKs.Also factory Hornady 32s and 40s.If you don't get near 1/2" with any of thoes,I would have the barrel scoped and crowned, before I rebarreled. The Federals shot .333 in my Savage LRPV,right out of the box.
