Ive just bought 250 Nosler bulk brass in 204 which need resizing etc. I would normally use a flash hole be burring tool as part of the process and uniform the flash hole etc but my Lyman universal tool is too big to clean the flash hole out from the inside, entering by the neck of the case.
Is it worth buying a specific 20 cal tool for the job, I see that Redding do one or is not worth the bother.
I suppose the other question is will the Lyman universal flash hole de burring tool make the flash hole too big.
Much appreciated.

Just knock the burrs off. You don't want to make the hole bigger, just uniform.

Re: Flash hole de burring tool
I've been using the K&M flash hole deburring tool for many years with complete satisfaction. It puts a bevel on the inside of the case at the FH, plus a uniform diameter flash hole, giving uniform results from case to case. It has a brass cone that centers on the case mouth, so is useful for .20 cal to .45 cal.
I use mine with a power screwdriver for faster deburring; also works perfectly. Beware of the units that register on the case mouth per case length (RCBS); worthless, and will give varying results from case to case. The K&M unit is very well thought out, and the results clearly show this. Highly recommended.
