I've only shot mine once at the range. Here are my last groups at 100 yards. Using off the shelf $30.00 Fiocchi 40gr in my TC Dimension.
Good shooting cheap ammo.

Just got my Remy 700 LVSF re-barreled (GB Barrels in UK) with a 24 " 1 in 10" sporter profile.

Group was 3 rounds shot bench rested at 100 yards with 40 grain Hornady Superperformance.

Red circle is 1"

Nice shooting. Looks like that rifle is ready to compete in this year's 5 shot challenge coming up in the spring.

That is good shooting with a light barrel. How many grains of powder were you loading ? was wondering, how hard is it to get reloading componets in your location.Shoot bugholes Shoot often. varget204

Not sure this is directed to me ?

If it is. The barrel is light but not very light. I was using Hornady factory loads. We cannot reload in Rep. of Ireland without a licence of which only one has been issued to date to a range to allow F Class shooters reload at the ranges premises in "suitable" rooms.

TBH, we'll never be allowed to reload here I reckon. Our gun laws would make you cringe compared to what ye have :( But it could be & has been worse :) Yes, you guys have it good and yes we're jealous :) Best to you too. I'll have a go at the Win 5 shoot ...... doubt I'll win it though :)

The 39 grain Blitz king is very accurate in my Thompson Venture 1/10 twist rate, this in a six shot group, the flyer i expected because i often change bullet weights just for fun. This is a factory HSM round ,under ideal benched down conditions.

Good groups for factory ammo, for sure.

Here are three that I recently shot with the 32 grain Nosler lead free over a charge of CXFE 223 in one of my 204 Rugers. Center dot is the size of a dime and they are all five shot groups. Bill K :)

When next years challenge shoot comes around, if Skipper continues with it, you will have to enter and have a go at it with your 204R. All in fun, no money or prizes, just the fun of shooting and comparing our target/group against others, from all over the country and even a few in other countries. BIll K :)
