A Good Night!

Post by vmaster59 »

A few nights back I went out to do some calling. Made a few stands and on one the stands I had a coyote come part way in and then smell the mouse and bugged out. So we moved on to the next stand. It was a cold night here in West TX. I set up a few years down by a barn. Started the Fox Pro with the "Lighting Jack" on low volume. With in a few mins. I saw a coyote coming in with my Kill Light XLR 100 in green led. I started working him with my AP-6 till he was about 50 yards off. He stop and looked like he was ready to turn tail and go. So I let a 45 gr JHP go from my Ruger M 77 in 223 Rem. I heard the impact of the bullet finding it's mark. The coyote drop like a ton of bricks in his tracks.

Are you using the 250 a your gun light? I love my Kill Lights. WAY easier to haul around than my Light force.
