BOYDS STOCKS
HI lads just been looking for a new stock for my howa 1500 varmint and droped on they wedsite like the look of they t/hole stocks what you lot think of them bofore i order 1 have any of you had 1 ? (good and bad points if any?) many thans IAN

They put out a very good product and service.. I and others, that I know or read about, have had good results/success with Boyd's. BIll K

You might want to check Stocky's web site first.....they have some nice stocks both wood and synthetic at very good prices......

I was never interested in the TH stocks - just love the look of the classics.
But I was in the local today and picked one up - I'm sold. They feel so natural - and the position of your thumb should help with a straighter trigger pull.
Now if I can just convince the finance minister I need one

I have a Boyds on a Savag3 93 HMR. It's the t-hole stock. I was impressed with the finish when I unpacked it. I had a few minutes of shaving the little boogers off from the tooling with a razor sharp chisel. Wiped some Wipe-On poly over the exposed areas & put it on the rifle. I think you will be happy with one.
