Re: temp sensitivity
Benchmark is an extreme powder, meaning that it is temperature insensitive. I am not aware of a rating other than that.
Please, no Sidewinder today!

Re: temp sensitivity
Hodgdon rates their extreme powders as good between 0 deg to 125 deg. F. with less than 30 fps spread.

Re: temp sensitivity
"Joe O", what bullet weight are you using with the 8208XBR? I've been wanting to try it in my 204 but don't have any load date.

Re: temp sensitivity
Load data on the Hodgdon site: http://data.hodgdon.com/main_menu.asp
I use 28.3 gr behind a 26 gr. Barnes Varmint Grenade. Shoots .218" @ 100 yds.

I load 32 and 39gr SBKs + Nosler 32s.28gr works for the 32s and 27.3 for the 39s.Hodgdon site has data posted.GaCop103 wrote:"Joe O", what bullet weight are you using with the 8208XBR? I've been wanting to try it in my 204 but don't have any load date.
