Weatherby Sub MOA Varmint
Weatherby Sub MOA Varmint
Anyone had a chance to shoot one of these rifles? Was looking at one today in .204 with the free floating heavy barrel and a beavertail thumbhole laminate stock. Very nice rifle, price was good too, just had to do some research on it first. Guaranteed sub moa acurracy also.

the Weatherby rifles are actually Howa barreled actions. You can get the same rifle for alot less money if you purchase the Howa heavy barreled action and a Bell and Carlson aluminum bedding block stock. The combo will cost you around $625 - $650.

The rifle I looked at listed for $850, not sure if Howa has a Can. distributor will look into it. Also liked the Ruger M77 Target he had there also, I thought the finish was nicer on it as well, bit of a heavy rifle for extended field use though.

I believe Legacy Sports is the importer. Many distributors and gun stores have access to Legacy Sports, you might have to ask them to order it for you because many of them don't stock the brand.
