Joe, the Vickeman seater was the inspiration for the Redding, Forester, and RCBS Comp Seaters. Way ahead of it's time, still in production....which says alot.
It appears to be one of those old ideas that really didn't "need" improving....just like the 1911 .45 ACP!

Joe,
Thanks for that info. I see they make them for 14 cal. Just what i need. Must be the hardest job in the world trying to get those tiny bullets up a standard seater. Your fault Rick, lol. Regards,Ken. Ps. Just mailed them to see if they'll ship to UK.

Right. It's one of those,"why use any other type"deals, like a left port, bolt action. The Vikermal has got to be on the A list, of things to have, for evey hi--volume reloader.Prarie Dogs are trying to surpress future sales The seater made short work of 2000 ,204s.Just 400 243AI to go.Rick in Oregon wrote:Joe, the Vickeman seater was the inspiration for the Redding, Forester, and RCBS Comp Seaters.
