improving accuracy. weigh bullets,cases ,drop exact powder charges,bullet seating depth the same; need to measure from ogive on bullet.suggest precision mic.I have a savage M12FV heavy 26" barrel.bell&carlson pillar bedded stock.elite 4200 8x32x40 scope. pet loads. #1 hornady case,wsr primer,27.8 win 748 ,40v-max 2.260 oal. .058 center #2 hornady case,wsr,28.0 varget,40 v-max 2.260 oal. .072 cente #3 winchester case,wsr,26.0 h-322,35 berger match,2.240 oal. .169 center. all cases trimmed to 1.840 ,all were shot at 100yds. don't think small groups, SHOOT small groups. all were loaded on RCBS competition dies,full length resized.
