They take the aircraft down below 10K feet for the comfort of the passengers, as the breathable air at 35K feet just isn't there. Then, they obviously look for a suitable field to land on. John is already back to posting on AHNskipper wrote:jb747
I'm glad I don't have your job. I'm sure we don't know half the story but I read where the plane started to dive when the hole blew out. Nice recovery. You did one fine job of getting that plane on the deck.
