Gentleman,
I am building a .223 rifle right now that is the "high luster blued". I am looking for a scope that is in gloss finish to complete the setup. The more and more I look, it seems as if there are very few scope manufacturer's out there that make a good old fashioned gloss scope?
I would prefer a newer scope, but would be willing to listen on whatever it is you have.
I would like a variable with AO, 3X9, or 4X12, along those lines?
Anyone with any leads, please let me know?
Thanks,
WTB- Looking for a gloss scope.....

Leupold is about the only choice that have a gloss blue available that will be the right color.

Best I can do is the Swift Premier lineup.

Weaver used to have some in gloss, not sure about their newer stuff. You might want to look at the Weaver V-10 (no AO on this weaver).

You might want to take a look at the new Nikon Monarchs. I just picked up a Nikon Monarch, 3-12x42 SF in gloss. For whatever reason the gloss models are $10-$15 cheaper than the matte versions. I bought one to put on a 338 Win Mag because it had a more generous eye relief than some of the other brands out there. I bought mine at a local gun shop for a very good price but Midsouth has them for $409.95 (in stock). Our local Sportsman's Warehouse wanted around $415 for one.
Hope that helps. Let us know what you find.
