cashed in the overtime checks and went out today and purchased a Cooper Phoenix boywill this be fun.the factory target was a 3 shot group using a 32 V-Max and H335 don't know the powder weight or primer but it was a 1 caliber hole.we will see if this holds up I pick it up in 10 days (I hate Calif) and will hit the range the following Sat. and see what it will do during break in.I will try 40 and 32 grain bullets.

Ahhh a sweet rifle indeed! I wish I had a job with Cooper doing the proof firings.

I found it at Sportsman Warehouse in Rocklin, have not found anyone else who carries them in the Sacramento area

They are dandy rifles and talk about accurate. Had mine for 18 months or so and love it.

i love my cooper too jim my factory target was 32 vmaxes and benchmark but i prefer 35 bergers and benchmark

LRJ35A, since I can't take the rifle apart yet I was wondering from the pictures it looks like they use a Remingtom trigger is that so.have you had any problems adjusting the trigger I want to get it down to 2lbs1oz this is what I shoot all my rifles at since my days shooting silhouttes. thanks Jim
