Well, DUH!!!!!!!!!!

Post by glenn asher »

Jonathan Turley, an antigun knothead, if ever there was one, had a column in today's USA Today, on the editorial page. He may have seen a light or somethin'.

He's finally figured out that the Second Amendment has nothing to do with militias, it's an individual right guaranteed by the Constitution, just like the other amendments. Well whaddya know? There may be hope for some of the knotheads yet, not that I'll hold my breath waiting for the enlightenment, but at least ONE goober has got the news...........

He didn't say he was gonna run out and buy a HDR, or a good pistol, just that maybe the NRA was right. He's one of the talking heads the TV shows go to, when there's a constitutional question, he's a law professor someplace up East.

Jonathan Turley is a Constitutional Law Professor at George Washington University in Washington DC.

Although he labels himself as a Liberal on many social issues, he is generally know as a "strict consructionist" on Constitutional Law issues. And this is not the first time he has followed/agreed with the Founding Fathers' views on the gun control issue as well as other constitutional issues...
