Scopes
I was looking for a scope to put on my AR for hunting coyotes, probably in the 2-7 or 3-9 range. Does anybody know of a scope that is under or around $200 and has good low light capabilities? I was looking at the Pentax gameseeker, does anybody know how these scopes do in low light? Also, the elite 3200, the Nikon prostaff, and the Burris FFII with the same question.

Re: Scopes
All the scopes you mentioned would be great, but it would be hard to beat a Leupold VariX II at that price. Check out my post in the Swap section and make me an offer.

Re: Scopes
I can honestly recommend this scope.
Nikko Stirling 6-24x56, 30 mm tube, mil dots, side focus.for $169 at cheaper than dirt. Don't expect clarity at 24 power, but 22 power is VERY good.

Re: Scopes
I just looked through a Nikon Prostaff today and parallax was terrible . I know you can do better for $150. The Prostaff is quite a step down from a Omega/Buckmaster. The Buckmasters work Very well at night with snow on the ground!!

Re: Scopes
I was in the market for similar scopes and found what I think is a deal. I picked up a Browning 5-15x40 from Natchezss.com for $199. It is basically the Bushnell 3200, but they claim better light transfer. I have read good things about them. Looks like they have zoom ranges in 2-7 ($140), 3-9 ($150), 4-12, 5-15, 8-32.
