Anyone ever try this before? If you have I'm all ears.
I got this crazy idea that I could build my own bore scope when I was in Hobby Lobby the other day. They had lengths of brass tubing of various sizes. They also had packages of small round mirrors. I figured that a couple of strategically placed mirrors, a light source and a magnification lens could work. Even if it's only marginally clear it may allow me to see how effective my cleaning techniques are and the condition of my chamber and bore.
