Bought a cheep new .22 bolt rifle hope its ok

Was at the atwoods farm store last week n spied a rcck island m14y youth rifle for sale $149.+tax.was looking for a cheep truck rifle as the rifle ii was carrying is now worth $400 in rough condition.mine is in decent shape.anyhow called n asked for a cheep .22 n dang way to high.i called the farm store n asked if they still had it n how mucch?
Woman said its on sale $119.+tax.heck jumped in pickup n got there 1 left.did the ff form n paid n clerklsaid here n gave me abrick of armscor ammo.
Ive shot lots of armscor ammo.and thats who made the rifle.im like WOOHOO that made the riifle cheeper.
Got home cleaned it out nnasty bore,removed stock for a visual n wiiped with oily rag,reassembled n fiilled mag 9 rounds.went out n shot.what a shock at 35 yards hit the bull on a swing target,stepped to 50 yards.needed 1 rise of sight elevator.its dead oon.
But for price its decent.5 pounds tad long for youth but fit me ok.im medium build 5'7".
Stock isnt fancy , parkerized finish not ugly matte.some plastic,trigger is housed in plastiic.not sure how it will last but might be like my 10 22 tough.
Anybody ownn 1? If so give me the good n baad.but for price n how it shot im satisfied.

Thank you bill.must be lots window lickers haha.i got last 1 the store has n they were swamped with people asking for rain checks.i even went back n got a rain check on another as my wife liked mine.she got where she was looking n that says lots for the rifle.she can't got broad side of a barn
