Valquartzen 17 HMR Anyone have one

Looking to replace my savage 17HMR with the Valquartzen TF 17. Does anyone have any experience with this rifle.
They are showing 18 Shots in under a half inch at 65 yards. Also claims sub MOA 5 round groups.

You may also consider the AR-15 17hmr system by Alexander Arms...

My shooting buddy has one. It is one of the most accurate rifles I have seen. With no wind I have been able to shoot .5 in group sat 100 yards on a regular basis with it. They aren't
cheap but they really shoot. Hope this helps.
