I just got my new cz527 Varmint Kevlar yesterday in 204 obviously
Love the gun, but the set trigger isnt nearly as light as the one I tried at the shop (same gun but wood stock).
Ive looked at my manual and I know that the screw that hangs down in front of the trigger is the one used to adjust the weight of the pull for the set trigger...but the manual does not say which way to turn it for lighter or heavier pull.
Ive turned it a few ways each direction and tried it, and it doesnt seem to change the pull weight.
Does anyone know the proper procedure to lighted the pull on the set trigger. And which direction to turn the screw?
Thanks in adavance!

Re: Adjusting Set trigger on CZ527 Varmint
You have to remove the barrel action from the stock and for the set trigger you adjust the screw in front of the trigger....then check it for safety by cycling the bolt and the safety to see it it discharges prematurely....mine came pre-set at about 1.5 lbs....good for me....
