Getting built a 6xc based on a 700 rem short action with a 28" krieger 1/8 twist barrel ,for some long range varmint shooting .Should be finished in the next few weeks so will post up pictures and accuracy results .Has anyone else used the Tubbs caliber for a varmint setup?

Paddy congrads on the new rifle. I have 6 Remington custom 1/8 Hart barrel and shoots 107 SMK's into a ragged hole. My friend has a 6 Dasher, his wife a 6 BR. What he talked about..............both are 1-8 twist barrel the 6 Br shoots Hornady 105 A-Max into one hole , very forgiving and easy to load for. The 6 Dasher is another story from fire forming brass to load development...........his is shooting 107 Sierras MK's. Velocity on the 6 BR 2850 and the 6 Dasher is 2930
I have 115 Tubbs bullet but haven't shot them yet!!
Good luck
