While it's a .223, rather than a .204, this is my 'slow twist' (1/14) upper that Mike built for me.
It has a 20" Oly SUM barrel that is free floated, fluted and with an internal muzzle brake that is his specialty (quiet and works) in a DPMS EOP upper..
And these are some groups it shoots with my loads:
I had my .204 AR upper built before I had ever heard of Dedicated Technology, or he would have built it as well.

This is a 200 yard group from a 243 WSSM he built for me. The flyers are from getting settled in to shoot.

Wind, or no wind, I think you have yourself a winner there....
That's pretty fair shooting in anyone's book.... and as usual, a great looking rifle.
Were you using factory loads, or your own.... Enquiring Minds Want to Know???

What twist rate is the barrel.... With those heavier bullets, I'm guessing a 1/9 or 1/8...
My reason for asking is I'm considering having another upper in a 'light weight' configuration upper built with a high quality barrel that I can switch over to the one I have for general hunting.... The 'slow twist' above was made specifically for the lighter weight bullets for my Prairie Dog outings and the rifle, as a whole is a little heavy for hauling through the woods..... It's balanced more for shooting with a rest, and it allows me to give my .204 a rest and cooling off period..
