I am going to be adding a 204 in the future but what brand. My uncle and brother in law love there CZs . I like the gun but not the saftys. Looking at ruger varmater and howa axiom varmiter or reminton 700. Whats your opionion.
Honestly they are all coming out of the box shooting purdy good. It seems the Savages are taking less time & effort to get them shooting real good. I have 1 CZ & the Safety isn't a problem at all. I'm always aware of which rig I'm shooting so it doesn't seem to be an issue for me.

Accurecy part and ajustable trigger, Savages are taking less time & effort to get them shooting real good. Savage's are the easiest to build anything from as well. I live in Kimber and Cooper country, but they are just to rich for my blood etc.
Kimber / cooper last time i saw one of those the guy had more bling on than camafloge and his truck was spotless . My savage is chambered in 22-250 opps bad word on 204 site.Shot half in goup in the first twenty shots . Yes they are very accurate .Just cant get the dog to come say hello yet when i have it with me.
I have two heavy barrel savages (VLP & BTVSS) and they both shoot "lights out", but my favorite for carrying around in the field is my T3 lite. Not quite as accurate as the savages (pretty close) but plenty good enough for a big target like a yote.
