204 is AWSOME!!!

Post by FireBallGuy »

Up until recently, I had worked with several 204's but have done little hunting with one. Well, in the past 6 weeks or so, I have finally been able to see what this caliber is all about and boy am I impressed!! To date: 1 badger, 1 yote and 10 jackrabbits have fallen to the 204 and a 39 grain blitzking!! 12 kills with 13 shots, this gun is awesome!! Will have the pics posted soon. I almost regreted selling my pet 22-250 a while back but now I have no regrets what so ever. A few lesser vermin have also fallen to the gun but the majority of this carnage occured last weekend. A shot into the vital of a rabbit ruines little meat and drops them like a bad habit!! The yote' took a finishing shot, the initial hit was fatal but it was still breathing when I walked up to it. I see why the varmint world has taken a shine to this little round, it is hard to beat!!!
