Grab something to drink...you will be looking at pictures for awhile.... Tom
NOTE - some pictures show ugly pictures of dead prairie dogs. You have been warned.
755 yard, 338 RUM, Savage LRPV action, Rock 32" barrel - 1st deer with it (I built it for my shooting buddy). Gotta love the haircut.
Wife cut my hair and forgot to adjust the height setting to "3". This is what 0 looks like.
7mm Rem Mag BVSS Beautiful grain in the stock.
At 300 yards, this is how far the top half of a prairie dog flies when it is hit with the 22/6mm AI.
22/6mm AI 75 gr AMax carnage
My prairie dog bench.
My little brother on the right (he is a little taller than me, but uglier! LOL!)
He is holding my first Savage. 12FV single shot in 223 1:9 twist.
Picture taken in Montana along the Marias River.
He did not believe a 223 would shoot all the way across a section.
Well, he is definitely on one side of the fence along with his spotter.
Best group I have shot with this 223.
This rifle had about 5000 rounds through the barrel at this point.
My son getting instructions on proper full auto stance prior to going to basic training for Army NG.
He hurt his knee that fall and the NG just declined letting him in this month.
My buddy...using ground cover? Jason is also an original Montana boy.
Our arsenal that day - his is the Remington.
I also like military rifles. 300 yard target, open sites, 6.5x55 Swedish M96 Mauser.
Barrel and action have matching numbers. Other than that, everything else is force matched.
So, there have been a few bolt on modifications. Timney trigger, target grip, etc.
Got cannon? George, cannon, & washing machine. "Got a little Capn' in ya?"
