How to prevent hide damage.

Hey guys I have a Savage model 11 .204 ruger that I use for hunting red fox, grey fox, and raccoons. I know it is very good at killing the animal but I was wondering if anybody knew a bullet or powder load to use so that I do not damage the hides. Any info would be great.
