Sage Rat Launching

Post by majcl5 »

Our first trip of the year was a good one not great. It was windy for 2 of the 3 days but enough to have a great time. Heres some pictures with some great launches and 1 or 2 amazing explosions. Most of the pictures including the best ones are from a .204 and a couple from a 22-250

This one is incrediable it must blow into 20 peices it covers the whole screen I dont know if you can see them but there are chunck 15 ' up i would guess there the little specks up high on the photos. They show up better on my camera.

This one is a huge one also

Jump Skippy, Jump! Thanks for posting the pics. I just missed out on the first trip of the Eastern Oregon Raptor Feeding Society. But the report I got was the same as yours, the wind was up in that neck of the woods. Can't wait for my turn. Gary

Looks like you guys had a good time shooting. Doesn't look like you guys went to Todds? The squirrels were really out on Saturday, and the wind wasn't too bad, at least where I was at, most of the day.

Nice photos. I love still action, frame by frame pics. I'm hoping to head out to the rat fields soon. My wife takes action photos so hopefully I can convince her to come along too.
