2 for 1 deal

Post by m239 »

Havn't been shooting (or on the forum) enough for quite a while.

Finally broke the drought last night and took my son out and had a great afternoon hitting the rabbits.

My boy took these two bunnies down at about 130 yards with one shot from the 204 - he was very pleased with his first 2 for 1 deal.

There was extensive damage to both targets from the Nosler 32gn BT - very impressive.

Two for one! Sweet! I've been waiting for quite awhile to get a couple of ground squirrels lined up for a two-fer. Maybe next spring. Thanks for the post, it helps get me through till spring. :D Gary

Good going by the looks of the droppings on the ground the rabbits have been working the area over. You might need to shoot a few more. Hows the dingo hunting in the area? Are you allowed to hunt them? Have you tried calling them in?

thanks guys - we had a reasonable day out last Saturday - shot 18 in a few hours

not too many dingoes in the areas I shoot - looks like they are about to be protected in my state

Plenty of foxes around - they are good fun to call in!
