Spring Yote hunting

Post by Ryan S Albright »

I've been out several times trying my new Preymaster PM 4 I have added a battery powered rabbit decoy and a new camouflage suit with no luck. To night I added a cassette player I set it next to the decoy and set the preymaster in a tree about 30 yrds away got into my suit and set on a stool next to a tree and waited it only took about 5 minutes I must have picked the right spot. I can't say the decoy did any thing the coyote ran right past it I shot it on the run just before it went out of ImageImagesight.ImageImage

The Preymaster has been working good and is pretty compact except for the speaker but I could plug in another smaller speaker I might just try that. I have found by setting the call in a elevated position that it will work out past a 100yrds. It is warm in the evenings here in the Valley and the Rattle snakes are coming out. I chose to hunt near the house so as not to waste gas as I haven't been having any luck lately.
