My first fox with .204

Post by adam »

This is the first fox I shot with the .204. A proud moment :D
Is it just me or does everyone get the adrenaline rush and racing heart before a shot? [img][/img]

Well done on a nice fox. What sort of range did you take him out at?
The answer to your question is that i think you allways get a rush when a fox is involved. When i no longer feel the rush i think it will be time to quit.Cant see it happening though.
I only have to be lucky once,
the fox has to be lucky every time!

I get an initial rush when anything in season comes into view. But the whole Motherload of emotions usually hold off until the hammer drops. Then it's "Good to be the King"!!

Nice fox. Didn't seem to tear it up too bad either. What went thru it??

Nice fox Adam. How far was he?
I love the rush/butterflies I get when an animal comes in. It's the best part. I don't think non-hunters realize what an adrenaline rush it is when you have something in the crosshairs. :camper:

It was shot at about 80yds with 40 grain rem accu tip factory ammo.
Foxwhistler: I couldnt agree more . If the rush goes its game over !!!! But the rush is too addictive :D
