Had my first kill with the 204 today.

I have been shooting my 204's since back in Feb., but today was my first kill. Went out today to kill a groundhog or two, but could only bag a crow. One shot one kill from about 280 yds. 39gr. BK's from my Savage. I was suprised there was no poof of feather. I could not find entrance or exit. just a little blood.

hi va varminter, I have the savage LPV in .204 and have tried the 39 gr. blitzkings on hoggs and crows etc. and they do not compare at all to the 32 gr. blitzkings, the 32 gr will mist most criminals, they are violent!!
