Best heads in pacnor 3groove 1/12

Hi guys 
Could someone who has tested Nosler and SBKs 40/39gr heads in a Pacnor 1/12T 3groove 20cal tube please tell me which are best, if there's anything in it at all?
Please only people who have tested them side by side. I'm not looking for a debate thanks (i'm aware of the various spin issues etc) , just observations in this EXACT barrel please. Many thanks
