Given the fact that most .204 chambers are too long to seat the bullets touching the lands...at least that's the case on the factory chambers of my three .204's........does anyone have any comments on what you've found to be your "optimum" C.O.L.??? Many thanks....

George

I found that 2.240 OAL with 35 gr Bergers and 28 gr of IMR4895 in my H-S Precision is deadly accurate. For the 40gr Bergers I found that 2.310 OAL with 27.5 gr of IMR 4895 works really well. I plan on trying a couple more OAL above 2.310 but I really don't have much more room to work with on those little bullets.
