What tool is best for de-burring the outside of the case after trimming? I have a RCBS and Wilson of the common type. Both perform poorly on the outside of small necks.

there are a few companies that make a tool, however none of them get great reviews that i am aware of. I have been looking into a few designs and may be building an outside chamfer tool soon.

Why can't a company just make a cutter, much like the VLD cutters that are on the market?

I use one of these to lightly chamfer the outside.A socket stuffed with 4 O steel wool turned by hand or power gives a nice finish without removing too much brass.

I use the RCBS tool, that chamfers inside and out, and it works very well. Just use light pressure when you turn it on the case mouth, both inside and out. Bill K :)
