Redding Customer Service

I managed to bend the decapping rod on a Type-S (I'm not telling) sizing die. Talked to a very pleasant guy by the name of Chris. I asked about payment and he said "Since you're not calling every week, we will take care of this for you". I know this type of service is pretty typical of Redding but, it is the first time I have needed to call them. Hate to see good service go unnoticed so thought I would post this real quick.

Ramos: I think I also bent the same unnamed decapping pin of the mystery caliber, and also got the same excellent exact same customer service from Redding. Just one more reason they get all my die business these daze.
