Hi guys
I have been developing my load for .204 using Rem 7 1/2 primers (Win brass, BL-C(2) and 39g SBK). I was advised to try out some CCI BR4 primers to see if I could improve accuracy further. I have not yet had chance to test out the BR4's compared to the Rem's and have completely run dry of Rem 7 1/2's. I need a batch of ammo for Sat so I have used the BR4's. Is it likely to have altered the load much i.e. could it possibly make a drastic difference to how the round shoots? Obviously more accurate is great but if it reduces accuracy I will be gutted as I am shooting rabbits out to 450yds and need all the help I can get.
